of Hearing Notice of public hearing on the structure and level of Market Fees for the Philippine WESM
Notice is hereby given that the initial public hearing for the approval of the structure and level of Market Fees for the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) is set on 01 February 2006, 9:00 a.m. at the ERC – Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
The Philippine Electricity Market Corporation (PEMC) filed with the Commission its application for the approval of the structure and level of Market Fees on 14 November 2005.
