Notice is hereby given that the initial public hearing for the approval of the Price Determination Methodology (PDM) for the Philippine Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM) is set on 24 January 2006, 9:00 a.m. at the ERC – Board Room, 16th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.
The Philippine Electricity Market Corporation – Market Operator (PEMC-MO) filed with the Commission its full compliance to the Order of the Commission on 06 January 2006.
The submission of the PEMC–MO and subsequent pleadings are posted on this website.
