to comment on the proposed Guidelines for the Adjustment
of Transmission Rates by Distribution Utilities
Notice
is hereby given that the proposed Guidelines for the Adjustment
of Transmission Rates by Distribution Utilities
drafted by the Commission is scheduled for a second
public consultation on August 5, 2005 at nine thirty in
the morning (9:30AM) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor
Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex,
Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed guidelines on or before July 28, 2005. Only parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be considered parties of record in the above scheduled public consultation. The proposed guidelines will be published on July 14, 2005 in a newspaper of general circulation and may be may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
