Invitation to comment on the result of public consultation on the proposed Revised Guidelines to Govern the Submission, Evaluation and Approval of Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Capital Projects

Notice is hereby given that the proposed "Revised Guidelines to Govern the Submission, Evaluation and Approval of Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Capital Projects" had undergone revisions as a result of the public consultation thereon held on April 27, 2005.

All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed revised guidelines on or before July 15, 2005. The proposed guidelines may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
