Notice on the proposed OADS rules for final round of comments
Notice is hereby given that the proposed rules, terms and conditions for Open Access Distribution Services Rules ("OADS Rules") had undergone revisions as a result of the public consultation thereon held on July 14, 2005.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed guidelines on or before July 28, 2005. The proposed guidelines may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office 17th Floor Pacific Center Building San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center Pasig City or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
