Notice for Public Consultation on the proposed resolution implementing the Recovery of Value Added Tax (VAT) and other provisions of RA9337 affecting the electric industry.
Notice is hereby given that the draft Resolution Implementing the Recovery of Value Added Tax (VAT) and Other Provisions of Republic Act No. 9337 Affecting the Electric Power Industry is hereby set for a public consultation on July 21, 2005 to start at two o’clock (2:00 P.M.) in the afternoon at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
All
interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and
soft copies) on the draft Resolution on or before July 19,
2005. Only parties who have filed their written comments within
the prescribed period would be considered parties of record.
The draft Resolution may be photocopied, at cost, during the
regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned
address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
