Notice for Public Consultation on the Guidelines for the Issuance of Certificate of Authority for Wholesale Electricity Spot Market Metering Providers

Notice is hereby given that the Guidelines for the Issuance of Certificate of Authority for Wholesale Electricity Spot Market Metering Providers is scheduled for public consultation on August 12, 2005 to start at one o'clock in the afternoon (1:00 P.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the said provisions of the proposed Guidelines on or before July 22, 2005, at the Consumer Affairs Service located at the 12th Floor ERC Main Office. Comments may also be sent thru facsimile at telefax number (02) 687-55-77 or e-mail at consumer@erc.gov.ph or llgalang@erc.gov.ph. The proposed Guidelines may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
