Notice on the proposed guidelines for "True Up" Mechanism of the Over or Under Recovery in the Implementation of Inter-class Cross Subsidy Removal by Distribution Utilities

Notice is hereby given that the proposed guidelines for "True Up" Mechanism of the Over or Under Recovery in the Implementation of Inter-class Cross Subsidy Removal by Distribution Utilities is scheduled for a public consultation on July 29, 2005, to start at nine óclock in the morning (9:00 A.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed guidelines on or before July 21, 2005, Thursday. Comments in soft copies may be sent through any of the following e-mail addresses: regulatory@erc.gov.ph or tariffrates@erc.gov.ph. Only parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be considered parties on record. The proposed guidelines may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
