Notice for Public Consultation on the draft of VAT Law Guidelines
Notice is hereby given that the draft Resolution Implementing the Recovery of Value Added Tax (VAT) and Other Provisions of Republic Act No. 9337 Affecting the Electric Power Industry is hereby set for a public consultation on July 5, 2005 to start at two o'clock in the afternoon (2:00 P.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
All
interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies)
on the draft Resolution on or before June 30, 2005. Only parties who have
filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be
considered parties of record. The draft Resolution may be photocopied, at
cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office Pacific Center
Building San Miguel Avenue Ortigas Complex, Pasig City or may be downloaded
from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
