Invitation to comment on the second posting of the proposed Guidelines for the Issuance of Licenses to Retail Electricity Suppliers
Notice is hereby given that the Commission's proposed "Guidelines for the Issuance of Licenses to Retail Electricity Suppliers (RES) had undergone revisions as a result of the public consultation thereon held on March 8, 2005.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed guidelines on or before June 24, 2005. Comments in soft copies may be sent through any of the following e-mail addresses: contestable@erc.gov.ph or mdsantos@erc.gov.ph. The proposed guidelines may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office, Pacific Center Building San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City, or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph
