Notice on the Proposed Rules, Terms and Conditions for Open Access Distribution Services (OADS Rules)

Notice is hereby given that the proposed Rules, Terms and Conditions for Open Access Distribution Services (OADS Rules) drafted by the Commission is scheduled for a public consultation on June 16 and 17, 2005 to start at nine o'clock in the morning (9:00 A.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed OADS rules on or before June 9, 2005. Only parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be considered parties of record. Parties intending to become Retail Electricity Suppliers (RES) are also encouraged to attend said public consultation.

The proposed OADS Rules may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
