Notice on the Proposed Guidelines for the Calculation of the Over and Under Recovery in the Implementation of Lifeline Rates by Distribution Utilities
Notice is hereby given that the proposed Guidelines for the Calculation of the Over and Under Recovery in the Implementation of Lifeline Rate by Distribution Utilities scheduled on May 18, 2005 is hereby cancelled and reset to May 30, 2005 to start at nine o'clock in the morning (9:00 A.M.) at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Accordingly, the deadline for the submission of comments (both hard and soft copies) of all interested parties on the proposed guidelines is hereby extended to May 23, 2005. Only parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be allowed to participate in the above scheduled public consultation. The proposed guidelines may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
