Notice is hereby given that the Revised Guidelines to Govern the Submission, Evaluation and Approval of Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Capital Projects drafted by the Commission is scheduled for public consultation on April 27, 2005 to start at nine o'clock (9:00 A.M.) in the morning at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
