New timelines of the Open Access Distribution Services Rules and Regulations
The Energy Regulatory Commission is currently drafting the Open Access Distribution Services (OADS) Rules and Regulations. The targeted timelines in the previously issued January 5, 2005 notice will be amended. A new set of target timelines will be issued soon.
