ERC invites comments on the 2nd draft of the Proposed Guidelines for the Financial Standards of Generation Companies
The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) is inviting all interested stakeholders to submit to the ERC their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed Guidelines for the Financial Standards of Generation Companies on or before March 31, 2005.
