Notice on the Proposed Resolution Clarifying the Allocation of the Five Percent Reinvestment Fund

Notice is hereby given that the proposed "Resolution Clarifying the Allocation of the Five Percent (5%) Reinvestment Fund" drafted by the Commission is scheduled for a public consultation on March 15, 2005 to start at two o'çlock (2:00 P.M.) in the afternoon at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed Resolution on or before March 9, 2005. Only parties who have filed their written comments within the prescribed period would be allowed to participate in the above scheduled public consultation. The poposed Resolution may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website.
