Notice on the Amendments to the Guidelines for the Sale and Transfer of the National Transmission Corporation's (TRANSCO) Subtransmission Assets and the Franchising of Qualified Consortiums
Notice is hereby given that the amendments to the Guidelines for the Sale and Transfer of the National Transmission Corporation's (TRANSCO) Subtransmission Assets and the Franchising of Qualified Consortiums drafted by the Commission is scheduled for a public consultation on March 15, 2005 to start at two o'clock (2:00PM) in the afternoon at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed amendments to the Guidelines on or before March 9, 2005. Only parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be allowed to participate in the above scheduled public consultation. The proposed amendments to the Guidelines may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue Pasig City or may be downloaded from the ERC website at www.erc.gov.ph.
