Invitation to Comment: Guidelines for the Adjustment of Transmission Rates (TRAM) by Distribution Utilities
The Energy Regulatory Commission announces the availability for comments of the Draft of the Guidelines for the Adjustment of Transmission Rates (TRAM) by Distribution Utilities.
Please send your comments and suggestions (both hard and soft copies) on or before March 23, 2005 to Energy Regulatory Commission, Tariffs and Rates Division, email address: tariffsrates@erc.gov.ph or call 687-42-48/636-33-17 for consideration by the ERC in finalizing the draft Guidelines. Only parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be allowed to participate in the public consultation. The schedule of public consultation is set on March 31, 2005 at two o'clock (2:00PM) in the afternoon at the ERC Hearing Room 15th Floor Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
The draft guidelines may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office, 17th Floor Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City or may be downloaded from the ERC Website.
