2nd Draft Code of ConductInvitation to comment on the 2nd draft of the Code of Conduct for Competitive Retail Market Participants
Notice is hereby given that the Commission's proposed "Code of Conduct for Competitive Retail Market Participants" had undergone revisions as a result of the public consultation held on November 15, 2005.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed guidelines on or before January 4, 2006, as follows: a) Hard copies may be delivered at the ERC Main Office c/o Dir. Edgar F. Samonte of the Market Operations Service (MOS) or throught fax number (02)633-3253 and; b) Soft copies may be sent to mdsantos@erc.gov.ph or contestable@erc.gov.ph. The proposed guidelines may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
