Notice is hereby given that draft Guidelines for the Supplier of Last Resort for the Contestable Market is scheduled for public consultation on January 20, 2006, nine o'clock in the morning (9:00AM),15th Floor ERC Hearing Room, Pacific Center Bldg. San Miguel Avenue Ortigas Center Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on or before January 13, 2006 as follows: a) Hard copies may be submitted at the ERC Main Office care of Director Edgar F. Samonte of the Market Operations Service or thru fax number (02) 633-3253 and b) soft copies may be sent to mdsantos@erc.gov.ph or contestable @erc.gov.ph.
Parties who have filed their written comments on or at least manifested their intent in writing to participate in the proceedings before the date of the scheduled public consultation would be given priority during the said public consultation.
