Invitation to all interested parties to submit final comments (both hard and soft copies) to email: mcbugayong@erc.gov.ph or licensing@erc.gov.ph on or before November 24, 2005 on the proposed Guidelines for the Determination of Installed Generating Capacity in a Grid and the National Installed Generating Capacity and Enforcement of the Limits on Concentration of Ownership, Operation or Control of Installed Generating Capacity under Section 45 of Republic Act No. 9136 docketed as ERC Case No. 2005-017RM.
The proposed guidelines may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office 12th Floor Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex Pasig City or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
