Invitation to comment on the proposed Price Determination Methodology
Notice is hereby given that the proposed Price Determination Methodology is scheduled for public consultation on December 14, 2005, nine o'clock in the morning (9:00AM),15th Floor ERC Hearing Room, Pacific Center Bldg. San Miguel Avenue Ortigas Center Pasig City.
All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on or before December 1, 2005. Only parties who have filed their written comments on or before the prescribed period would be considered parties of record. The proposed Price Determination Methodology for the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
