ERC to consult public on New Automatic Adjustment Formula Guidelines
The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has recently completed the draft guidelines for a new automatic adjustment formula for the generation and system loss rates by Distribution Utilities (DUs). The draft guidelines will be presented for public consultation on October 4, 2004 in Manila to provide industry participants an opportunity to air their views and suggestions.
Deadline for submission of comments will be on September 30, 2004. Interested parties may send their comments and suggestions thru email at tariffsrates@erc.gov.ph, or fax it at 634-8641 or call Ms. Agnes dela Cruz, OIC, Tariffs and Rates Division, at tel. no. 636-3317.
