Notice is hereby given that the Guidelines to Implement Articles 7, 8, 14 and 28 of the Magna Carta for Residential Electricity Consumers is scheduled for public consultation on September 9, 2004, at nine oçlock (9:00AM)in the morning at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
