Invitation to Comment: Guidelines for the Application and the Approval of Caps on the Recoverable Rate of Distribution System Losses - 3rd Draft

The Energy Regulatory Commission announces the availability for comments of the Third Draft of the Guidelines for the Application and Approval of Caps on the Recoverable Rate of Distribution System Losses.

Please send your comments and suggestions on or before July 21, 2004 , to Energy Regulatory Commission, Standards and Compliance Monitoring Division, email address: standards@erc.gov.ph or call 683-06-22 for consideration by the ERC in finalizing the draft Guidelines.

The revised guidelines may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours at the ERC Main Office, 17th Floor Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City or may be downloaded from the ERC Website.
