Public Consultation on the draft Magna Carta for Electricity Consumers

Notice is hereby given that the Public Consultation set on April 27, 2004 of the Magna Carta for Electricity Consumers (formerly the Electricity Consumers' Code of Rights and Obligations) has been cancelled and reset to May 21, 2004, 9:00 A.M. at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
