Comments on the draft System Loss Guidelines
The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) received the following comments on the Segregation of Distribution System Losses and the Establishment of Caps on Recoverable Rate of Distribution System Losses during the series of Training Workshops for the Distribution Utilities in Sulu Hotel, Quezon City; Cebu City; and Baguio City. The public is invited to send reactions to the “Comments on the Guidelines” on or before May 15, 2004, for consideration by the ERC in finalizing the draft Guidelines.
