Notice is hereby given of the proposed template of the "Supplemental Agreement to Transition Contract for the Supply of Electricity" submitted by the National Power Corporation (NPC) on December 22, 2003.

All interested parties may submit their comments (both hard and soft copies) on the proposed template on or before February 18, 2004. The proposed template may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
