Amendment to the Schedule of ERC Fees Charges

Here is the Amendment to the Schedule of ERC Fees and Charges specifically covering Certificate of Compliance (COC) to owners of Self-Generation Facilities, which was promulgated by the Commission on December 15, 2003.

1. IV-A For the issuance of Certificate of Compliance (COC) to Independent Power Producers (for 5 years duration) pursuant to the standards set for the generation of electric power. (Section 6, RA 9136) – PhP10,000.00 (exclusive of actual cost for a technical audit/evaluation)

IV-B For the issuance of Certificate of Compliance (COC) to the owner of a Self Generation Facilities with the following aggregate installed capacity (for 5 years duration) pursuant to the standards set for the generation of electric power (Section 6, RA 9136):

  • 100 KW and below: PhP1,500.00 (exclusive of actual cost for a technical audit/evaluation)
  • 101-500 KW PhP5,000.00 (exclusive of actual cost for a technical audit/evaluation)
  • 501-999 KW PhP7,500.00 (exclusive of actual cost for a technical audit/evaluation)
  • 1 MW and above PhP10,000.00 (exclusive of actual cost for a technical audit/evaluation)
