ERC invites comments on the final draft of the DWRG
The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) is inviting all interested stakeholders to submit to the ERC their comments on the final draft of the Distribution Wheeling Rates Guidelines (DWRG) on or before November 19, 2004.
