Submission of comments on the revised Subtransmission Assets Guidelines

The deadline for submission of comments on the revised Guidelines to Govern the Setting of Standards to Distinguish the Transmission from the Subtransmission Assets of TRANSCO and the Buyer or Concessionaire of said Assets and the Grant of Franchise to Operate the Subtransmission Assets is hereby extended up to September 22, 2003.

The revised guidelines may be photocopied, at cost, during the regular office hours at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
