Business Separation Guidelines public consultation reset to March 5, 2003
Notice is hereby given that as a result of the declaration of February 25, 2003 as a special non-working holiday, the public consultation on the proposed Business Separation Guidelines providing for the Framework and Rules for the Structural and Functional Unbundling of Business Activities of Electric Industry Participants originally set on said date has been reset to March 5, 2003 also at nine (9:00 A.M.) in the morning at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
The Commission reminds the public that only parties who have filed their written comments on or before February 20, 2003 would be allowed to participate in the above scheduled public consultation. The proposed guidelines may be photocopied, at cost, during regular office hours (8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.) at the ERC Main Office at the above-mentioned address, or may be downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph.
