Draft DECOR and DICER and comments
The Commission hereby sets for public consultation its proposed "Implementing Rules for the Deferred Accounting Procedures for Recovery of Fuel and Independent Power Producer Costs: Deferred Energy Cost Recovery (DECOR) and Deferred Incremental Currency Exchange Recovery (DICER)" on February 17, 2003 at two (2:00 PM) o'clock in the afternoon at the ERC Hearing Room, 15th Floor, Pacific Center Bldg., San Miguel Avenue, Ortigas Complex, Pasig City.
Relative thereto, interested parties may submit their written comments (both hard and soft copies) on the said proposed implementing rules, on or before February 12, 2003. A copy of said implementing rules may be photocopied, at cost, during the usual office hours at the ERC Office at the abovementioned address and downloaded from the ERC Website at www.erc.gov.ph. Copies of the comments filed by the parties will likewise be posted on the same website as soon as they are filed with the Commission. Only those parties who have made prior manifestations of their intent to become parties of records and those who would submit their written comments, on or before the prescribed period, would be allowed to participate in the public consultation for the aforesaid implementing rules.
