Draft Guidelines for the Application and Approval of Caps on the Recoverable Rate of Distribution System Losses
Pursuant to the requirements of R.A. 9136, the Energy Regulatory Commission announces the availability for comments of the Draft Guidelines for the Application and Approval of Caps on the Recoverable Rate of Distribution System Losses and the schedule of the Training-Workshops on the Segregation of Distribution System Losses

Private/LGU Distribution Utilities are required to send a maximum of four participants, and two participants for Electric Cooperatives. Participants shall be the technical managers and staff who will be tasked to prepare the technical data to be submitted with the petition to the ERC for the Approval of Caps on the Recoverable Rate of Distribution Losses.
