REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES


Generation Company Management Form and Generation Company Information Sheet 2021 (excel format)

Self Generating Facilities Annual Submission Form (excel format) Note: This report must be submitted within 30 days after the end of each year (As per ERC Resolution No.07, Series of 2006)

Consumer

I. Online Consumer Complaint Filing Procedure using Consumer Complaints Ticketing System (CCTS)

1.

Using any browser from devices or PC/Mac, type in https://ccts.erc.ph then click/tap "New Complaint" button.


2.

In the complaint form page enter the necessary information of Complainant in the blank fields:

 

a) Enter the Last Name, First Name, and Middle name of the Complainant/ Representative

 

b) Select the Salutation

 

c) Select the Complainant's Birthday

 

d) Select Civil Status

 

e)  Enter the valid email address (pls. provide active email address for registration purpose)

 

f)   Enter the contact Number

 

g) Enter the Home Address


 


 

a. For Informal Complaint (Type of Complaint):

 

- Select the Nature of Complaint.

 

- Select Concerned DU/Organization.

 

- Fill-out the DU’s Notice/ Letter to Complainant.

 

- Check the supporting documents submitted by the Consumer.

 

- To attach a file, click the plus sign in the Attachment Section.

 

- To remove an attachment, click the x button.

 

- Click/tap Privacy Notice.

 

- Then click/tap Submit.

 


 

b. For Verified Complaint and Motion for Reconsideration (Type of Complaint):

 

- Select type of complaint as Verified Complaint or Motion for Reconsideration.

 

- Enter the Ticket No. of the Closed Informal Complaint.

 

- The Company, Cause of Action will be automatically reflected based on the entered Informal Complaint Ticket No.

 

- Select the Source of the Complaint.

 

- Check the Supporting Documents submitted by the Complainant.

 

- Enter the Remarks, if any.

 

- To attach a file, click the plus sign in the Attachment Section.

 

- Browse for the file to be attached. This can be multiple.

 

- To remove an attachment, click the x button.

 

- Click/tap Privacy Notice.

 

- Then click/tap Submit.

Once the account has been approved and registered, return to https://ccts.erc.ph then login using the registered email address and password (sent via email).

          IMPORTANT NOTE:
  • There will be a notification that will be sent to the entered email address for the status of complaint.
  • The request for account registration will be automatically created upon submission of the complaint.    
  • An email address which has already been used for a registered CCTS account will not be able to submit a request using this procedure. This is only for consumers who have no existing CCTS account.
  • The registered email address will be the username for the account once the registration has been approved.

II. Manual Consumer Complaint Filing Procedure
  • For new complaints
  1. Download and fill out the Consumer Complaints form.
  2. Email to consumer@erc.ph or submit to: 12/F Exquadra Tower, 1 Jade Drive, Ortigas Center, San Antonio, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines

  • For verified complaints
  1. Download and fill out the Verification and Certification of Non- Forum Shopping.
  2. Have the Verification and Certification of Non-Forum Shopping notarized.
  3. Email to consumer@erc.ph or submit to: 12/F Exquadra Tower, 1 Jade Drive, Ortigas Center, San Antonio, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines
