      Interested parties for the above positions may submit their application through the Human Resource Management Division (HRMD)

     Pursuant to CSC-DBM Joint Circular No. 3, s. 2004, the abovementioned positions are open to application but may not be immediately processed.

     Interested applicants shall submit the following to the HRMD:
  1. One (1) Duly filled-out Personal Data Sheet (Form 212) with passport-size ID Picture
  2. Work Experience Sheet for the position(s) applied.
  3. Certification of Duties and Responsibilities from previous/current employers.
  4. Performance Rating for the last two (2) consecutive rating periods (for those in government service)
  5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records
  6. Photocopy of Eligibility Certificate (e.g. CSC Eligibility and/or Report of Rating of Board/Bar Exam)
  7. Cover letter (citing the specific position and item number you are applying for)

     Indicate your list of trainings, training hours, and institutions which conducted the training course you attended in your Personal Data Sheet.  Otherwise, it will not be counteD.

     Do not leave any blanks in your Personal Data Sheet (Use N/A for non-applicable items).

     Applications may also be sent through mail/ courier service. Do not send applications through email.
