Investigation and Enforcement Division
Responsible for conducting investigations and making recommendations pertaining to violations of standards, rules and regulations, and monitoring the compliance of the participants in the electricity industry, including but not limited to the unbundling of business activities and rates, rules pertaining to TRANSCO and Distribution Utilities, the Philippine Grid Code and Distribution Code, events and incidents in the Grid and Distribution System (Section 8, P5, 6, 10; Section 9, P2; Section 21, P2; Section 23, P5; Section 44).
